Step 1 - EXFOLIATE: Apply the Exfoliating Foot Scrub to clean, damp skin. Gently massage in circular motion onto feet and lower legs to improve blood circulation. Rinse with warm water. Ideally prepares the skin for footcare routine.
Step 2 - CARE: Massage the Nourishing Foot Balm daily, morning and evening, into clean and dry feet. For very dry skin, apply a thick layer of cream, cover the foot with sock & let it soak in.
Step 3 - RECOVER: massage the Relief Lotion for Tired Leg & Foot in upward strokes from the arches of the feet up to the lower legs to stimulate blood circulation. Reapply as needed.
